    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

    Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

    Unable to deliver:
    Packages will be shipped to the name and address submitted as shipping address to our store. Make sure this information is current before purchasing. If a package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempt by USPS due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

      Priority Shipping takes usually about 1-3 Business Days or more during holidays or bad weather for USPS to transport your package from our location to you. Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50.

    We accept cancellations as long as the engraving of your ordered item has not started.

    Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges for personalized products, because these items are made to order and are not returnable for refund, exchange or swap for a different item. Please contact us prior to any purchase if you have questions about our products prior to purchase.

    If we make a mistake on your order, we will correct the error or replace your item with the correction at no charge. You have 48 hours upon receipt of your order to report errors. Photos will be required. If the mistake was yours (for example you gave us the incorrect spelling on a name or incorrectly communicated the monogramming initials), then we cannot give a refund. However, message us and we may be able to offer a discount for the replacement item. We want to work with you!

    If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 48 hours of the USPS delivery date.
